Pantone--Creator and Lover of all things color--says the following about its color of the year:
“Meet Honeysuckle, the 2011 Color of the Year. Energizing Honeysuckle lifts spirits and imparts confidence to meet life’s ongoing challenges. Honeysuckle is a color for all seasons. Courageous. Confident. Vital. A brave new color, for a brave new world. Let the bold spirit of Honeysuckle infuse you, lift you and carry you through the year. It’s a color for every day – with nothing “everyday” about it."

ReplyDeletei really do love this color! so pretty. i used to wear pastels all the time, but then i completely went for neutrals. i don't know, sometimes i see something bright and want it, but don't do it. maybe i'll go on a limb this spring and jump into the big bright sea of color!
ReplyDeleteabsolutely gorgeous!!! Well done!!
ReplyDeleteI really like that color, in fact I think I have a paintchip called honeysuckle in the same color, but it seems weird they would be the same. I also loved how you had you design all done, I need to find time to do such creative things when I am on break. I also enjoy bright colors, yet at the same time feel intimidated by them because they are such a strong statement, good job with making strong still girly.
ReplyDeleteI think honeysuckle just became my new favorite color!! I {heart} your new Maxwell design so purdy <3
